With the St Georges Basin Country Club now agreeing to collaborate with the JBCSC Board to secure the necessary approvals for de-amalgamation, a turning point has been reached. It's been a week of celebrating the spirit of community and mateship. Santa supports JBCSC at Sunday’s Husky Markets With the JBCSC Banner proudly displayed, Brenda (our Volunteers Coordinator) and Al Moore (Director) led a team of volunteers from the Fundraising Committee. On Monday, the 8th of December, representatives from BY Group visited the VGC precinct to look at the clubhouse premises and begin the process of advising JBCSC on how we could refurbish it quickly to re-open upon de-amalgamation. BY Group provided JBCSC Directors and Project Team with some preliminary ideas based on this initial inspection, and BY Group intends to send some of their expert advisers to provide a more detailed analysis of the site to the JBCSC team .
